Prior to becoming a mortgage specialist in 2002, my career was in the banking industry. Over 25 years, my experiences covered many facets of banking including face to face contact with customers on a daily basis, consumer lending, training employees, supervision of branches. Extensive customer service training has instilled in me the belief that it is the quality of one’s service to clients that sets him or her apart from the rest! My Mission Statement:
